Skinmaker German translation

Hi @ all

for all german users i have created a German language Translation for the great Skinmaker^^

EDIT:
Uploaded new one - Fixed some Translation bugs :-)
You only need to copy that file in your BSPlayerSkinMaker "Lang" folder.
