feature request upnp subtitles
 

I use BSplayer in combination with the app bubbleupnp to stream movies. The movies are streamed fine but BSplayer does not allow the loading of external subs through upnp as a launch intent. This works with MXplayer but that player doesn't work as smooth as BSplayer.

The method employed by BSPlayer to retrieve eventual subtitles cannot work with UPnP as the subtitle URL cannot be determined from the stream URL, most of the time.
MX Player allow to specify the subtitle URL in the launch intent.
So you may want to ask BS Player for a way to do the same

It would be awesome if BSplayer can do the same as MXplayer as i like BSplayer a lot more :shade:

I would very much welcome such a feature! Lots of my video files have srt files and cannot be played using UPnP
