No subtitles found or error checking
 

Hi guys,

i am running BS Player Free on my Minix Neo X7 tv box. the problem is that when i load a movie then it displayed the message "No subtitles found or error checking". I set up everything properly regarding the searching of subtitles. I have set the preferred language to Greek and English and i have enabled subtitles. But yet nothing. I am also running this app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and it runs fine there. I must say though that it was not working fine on my mobile at the very beginning either. What do i gave to do to make it work on my tv box?

Same problem here on the same device.

Funny thing is that the same file, when played on windows bsplayer works perfectly.

Seems to be a random issue 'cause other chapters of the same series are able to find the subtitles.
