Is anyone else having issues with the floating player randomly closing with no error

Hi, I am using the paid version of BSplayer for android, and while the performance is great, whenever I use the floating player on any of my devices, usually, after around 10-15 minutes, the hover player will suddenly disappear, even if the device is otherwise idle with no other apps enabled. If the player crashes while not in the floating window mode, it will offer the option to submit a crash log, but anything that happens when the floating window is used, it offers no error reporting.
