broken since Android 9
 

Since upgrading to Android 9 on the Galaxy Note 9, BSPlayer has a couple of major issues.

1. won't play videos over the LAN.
Local videos are fine, and thumbnail generation of videos on LAN are fine.
Just when I try and play one I get "error opening file"

2. It won't save the IP address of my media server. It saves the display name, but loses all settings when I restart the app.

I tried the new beta, but that wouldn't even connect to anything on my lan.

Awesome bit of software, I hope this is not the end of the road and further development will happen.
