I have contacted some good subtitle providers, like:
http://subscene.com/ (very good for english and all languages)

for Hebrew subtitle providers I contacted:
http://www.sratim.co.il/movies/subtitles/
and:
http://www.subscenter.org/
they both great for hebrew users and english)

they all will probably agree to let you use their subtitles, they just need to contact you and talk about some things..
how would they contact you?
