Option to deselect all the subtitles? and max auto-selected to be 1 or 2
 

this is a must request. also an option to select automatically 1 or 2 subtitles from the default language and not all. why to have all selected? we only need one.

This doesn't seem a bugs report but a feature request.

Note you can rightclick in search results and then select Uncheck all.

Also another feature i just think. if subtitles have been found from a source, stop searching from the next sources until i want it
