Single Frame Advancement Option

Not sure if someone has already asked for this but the ability to advance by single frames (or key frames at least) would be very handy when using the Capture Frame option.

Aren't you asking for a feature which is already there?
Pause movie and then use right and left arrowkeys to single-step.
Works for me!
