Option to stop bsplayer splash icon from appearing atstartup

1 Attachment(s)
I don't know about everyone else, but the splash icon that appears in the top right hand corner upon startup (when using VMR-9) really bugs me. For some low resolution files it can take up a 1/4 of the screen.

I love this player. I really do. However I'm not sure if I need to be reminded of its name every time I open it.

If it's really necessary to have it, perhaps it could be reduced in size. Maybe something less obtrusive - like the small DivX logo that pops up perhaps.

On another note, for those of you who wanted an option to turn off the OSD: just make the OSD font colour and background colour black.

I'm afraid OSD will not disappear by that; of course if displayed on a black background the black characters will not be visible, but on any other background, they will. I earlier suggested in this forum (here) to select a fontsize of 1pt and "neutral" colours; then the OSD-messages are in fact hardly noticeable (a really tiny narrow line if you know where to look).
