API : Adding a function to load a playlist

Hi BsPlayer Team,

I have successfully used some of BsPlayer API in a car embedded software I'm currently writing. But no function to load a full playlist file (.bsl), however existing in the command line syntax...

Not a big challenge for you I think... :wink:
