Set the jump de/increments of speed/rate

I like the F5/F6 keys to slow down a movie. But currently we have to jump by 1%. Would be cool to have in options a setting of the increment/step size (eg. 5%).

Also, everytime I accidently STOP my movie by V key, etc... the speed/rate resets to 100%. Any chance to fix/freeze the speed/rate until restart of player?

You can also use Shift+F5/F6 for 10 %
