That "Ctrl-1" thing...

Hi,

Older versions of bsplayer used to have that neat 'ctrl-1' feature... Pressing the keys would drop a black background just below the movie layer.

Of course this was different from Full Screen mode in that video wasn't blown to fit screen size. You'd choose the zoom level, and enable Always on Top OVR Mode (shift-a) to do this.

My question is, is that function gone? Pressing Ctrl-1 in OVR mode doesn't seem to do anything any longer. Is there a different key binding, or is the whole thing gone?

Sorry if this has been covered before but I didn't know what this function was called, and didn't have anything to search for...

Look for "FSSW640" under "Options"/"Preferences"/"Key definitions & WinLIRC".
Maybe in your installation no key(s) is/are assigned to this function.
Default it is indeed no longer Ctrl-1 (but a more complex combination, you'll see).

Thanks for your help.

I bound several keys or combinations, but FSSW640 or FSSW800 don't seem to do anything on my system...

If it's of any interest, I'm on Windows XP, 1280x1024 desktop, Radeon 9700 with Catalyst 03.7.
