 general HELP!!!!
I dwl a movie in .avi format and bs won't let me watch,just keeps saying "opening" file for ages...could someone explain step by step what you do after dwl a movie? do I have to compress it or something else? please...It was frustrating last night trying for 3 hours to watch a stupid movie... oym

Probably your movie is a bad download. Try to play the file using another player (Windows Media player for example) or jump directly to AVIPreview. It is designed to play files who have errors on them. Press the "I can't wait anymore" button after a short time and see if it plays (give it a minute to do that).
