Support for SRT extended format.

I already post this at old forum, but I'll translate it to this new.

It would be great if BSPlayer would be able to read new extended SRT format.

SubRip 1.00 has been released, and now, it's able to store information about font (bold, italic or underlined). It has new codes to store this format ( for italic, for bold, and for underlined).

At this moment, BSPlayer isn't able to read those codes, bust BST2k can solve this, isn't it?
