Virtual Video Capture Device

How about a build in "virtual video capture"-Funktion in bsplayer ? This funktion should emulate videocapture-device to send the video-stream directly to other applications.
I'm searching for something like that since more than 10 month, but i dont find anything like that.

How about that ?

Like VirualDub->start frame server ?
This should send you the frames served by VirtualDub to any aplication you can use to edit video streams.
