Allow to use InterVideo Audio filters for AC3/DTS

The problem with AC3 filter is that it can't decode DTS :roll:
Autor lacking the infos about the format :? Someone should support him...

But until the AC3 filter will support DTS, we will need and SOLUTION. InterVideo Audio filters working, HOWEVER the prefs did not STICK, and even when I select the InterVideo Audio for AC3 decoding, BSPlay still using AC filter :roll:

prefs is not saved...

So, the request is plain and simple - make InterVideo Audio filter WORK and their settings STICK :?
