winlirc control needs anti repeat option
 

First of all, controlling bsplayer with winlirc is a great idea.
It is much easier than using girder for this task.

I suggest adding an anti-repeat option to the winlirc adapter.
Currently, using winlirc to control a toggle button (such as
Toggle Fullscreen) results in a rapid switching between fullscreen-
and window mode.
A 1000ms anti-repeat block would solve this problem. Other
commands like seek and zoom should get a shorter time.
100ms should be ok.
