[REQ] BSPlayer Window position center; new official skin
 

I have 2 requests for the next version:

1. No matter if i resize my video window smaller or bigger, it has to be exactly in the center of my monitor and not over the lines, so that one can see the whole screen
If you know the tool irfanview, it has this funktion for pics in the options!


2. and a new, final, official skin. i know that there are alot other skins, but the official GOTTA be better, cuz many ppl still use it.
bsplayer is technically gr8 and professional but the look is pretty cheap.

@BSPeter, i know you dont have time for everything, so why dont you make a contest for others, to make the best official skin, which you will be using in the next version?

Just to be entirely clear: I'm just a user of BSPlayer, like you !!
(Also I've made the Dutch language file for quite some time now)
But the (main) man behind BSPlayer is bst!!

i thought you where bst, because you are so active here on the forum and dont lose ur patience the whole time, thats so gr8 of you.

if u can, please forward this bug request to bst.. i wish he was more active and he would fix bugs faster, because the bsplayer has got a very big potential, but it hast to be even more stable and bug-free.

so what do you all think about this idea?? why no posts?

Probably nobody considered important what is writen here. As for me, I don't see why to reprogram the video renderer just to act from middle of the screen. Don't improve any performance.
As for the skin, I've seen worst. Probably in time, it will be changed. I like the best the old 0.86 base skin. But I can live with the new one.
I think that there are some important things to do first for a better BSPlayer than your requests. Sorry if I dissapoint you with my opinion.

performance isnt everything at all, ever heard of something called "user friendly" ? center the screen would be a great function, so that you dont need to adjust the video-screen everytime
and furthermore we already got the best performance with BSPlayer ever!! man that programm takes 1sec. to start and its very fast without hard CPU usage or memory!!!

as for the skin i have written, that not bst should do this, but there should be a competition for it

Yes, maybe center screen will be a great function. But I consider DVD playback support even a better function.

And who will supervise the contest ? bst ? While programing ? Don't think so.

I would suggest you or BSPeter, cuz both of you are very active here on the forum (+1000posts)

Just ask bst for permission to do this!
