Direct Sound Device First of all - great player. I miss one thing in it though. You are using default windows direct sound device for playback. I'd like to have option to choose which device to use. For explanation: I have two sound cards in my pc, first (and the default one) using for work and gaming the second when playing back movies on the TV. Currently I have to manually choose second snd card as default device in control panel when running BSplayer and after movie switch it back to first one, which is quite annoying. So far I found that only Windows Media Player has option to choose which device to use (menu path: Tools/Options/Devices/Speakers/Properties/Audio device to use). Thank you. |
in preferences, audio, a drop-down menu to choose the audio output device is clearly available :? looks to me this is what you want |
Damn how could I miss that one and for such long time. Now bsplayer has everything I need. |
 |
Hi! I have got the same problem like AnotherOne. I've changed the device on the drop-down list in Audio section to the second card and the program still use the first device :/ |
... doesn't work only files with ac3 codec |
