file format

could bsplayer support this file format?

mms://195.250.155.75/ocko.tv

thanx

It does.
I can play ocko.tv using BSplayer without any problem (I'm surprised O_O).

Can you watch it using windows media player?

Update your BSplayer, go to "open url", paste the url, and watch.

If I try open this URL, it shows an error: "Can't open file".

In WMP I can see this ULR withot any problem.

I have the newest version of bsplayer.

File -> Properties in WMP:

What means that you need Windows Media 9 Series Codec from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
and
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

I can view this in WMP, so it cannot by because codecs. For make me sure, I downloaded both codecs but it didn't help :-(

Contact their webmaster (webmaster@ocko.tv) and ask him for codecs.

nAS 21st September 2004 05:55 AM

I think, that it doesn't be because codecs. If I try to play ANY file from internet, it shows an error "Can't open file".

For example I try this:

mms://62.84.131.226/nova/2004/TNOVINY/2004-09-20_TNOVINY_10_Neprijemne_probu.wmv

All files I CAN play in Windows media Player.
I use CodecPack AllInOne, so i have all necesary codecs (http://www.codecpack.com/allin1.php)
I try to disable firewall, but it doesn't help.

Please help!

see... that's your problem. It doesn't work that way. Having all codecs in the world doesn't mean that you will be able to play anything... O_O

We say NO to codec packs!
Especially ones with such creepy names as "AllInOne"

I recommend you to uninstall codec pack and go here:
http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?t=3042

btw, what system do you have?

adicoto 21st September 2004 08:24 PM

Try to install ASF indexer, this should solve the problem.

wmtools.exe
and
WMFDist.exe
