unregister explorer stuff on uninstall
 

Whenever I upgrade bsplayer, I first uninstall before installing the new version.

I've noticed that the uninstall doesn't really do a full job of cleaning up like removing all those extra explorer context-menus.

I'd like to see those removed as well. Especially if they ever change then I'm just going to get more and more built-up.
