custom pan scan / remote control
 

hi,

custom pan scan is a very useful feature,but i could be better with some ehancements:

- add keys shortcuts to increase and decrease pan scan to map with a remote control

- add an "auto pan scan" mode, which sould be between a full "custom pan scan" and no pan scan, like a 50% pan scan (or a customizable percent number for the custom pan scan progress bar)
