Pro Version improvements

Here are some suggestions:

- Maybe for Pro version when uninstalling should be answered if the user wants to delete "Product Registration Information" ("key.reg" file), so if upgrading to newer version after uninstalling, re-registering is not required.
- For pro version, once the user register the product, the player asks to restart the application. Maybe this task should be performed by the player itself, maybe calling another program (RestartBSP.exe, which closes BSP and then re-open it).
- In the Channel list window would be nice if exist buttons to move channels in list up and down.
- Since the new subtitle's preferences page has changed in build 815, the space for option texts is narrow, and for some not english translations last words are not displayed. Could you please re-enlarge the listbox? (otherwise translators have to find another manner to translate those strings)
- Maybe add the choice to ONLY select (not configure) channels by name in a console or directly in "Capture settings" instead in "Capture settings -> Configuration".
