[REQ] Subtitles solid background, like in VPlayer hello, i'm new with bsplayer and i really like it. but... there is one feature i used before with vplayer (http://www.pcworld.pl/ftp/download/p...player_06e.zip - no installer, only 1 single exe file) and i miss it so much now: subtitles solid background. the fastest way to check it out is to download vplayer and see how it works. would be very awesome if bsplayer will have such a feature! thanks! |
Open movie->rightclick->subtitles->subtitle properties->uncheck transparent. This is what you wanted ? |
hell no! :) well, solid background in vplayer works this way: subtitles are shown _under_ the movie and each movie is automaticly moved to top if necessary. so no subtitles are shown on the movie picture. dunno if i explained it well, you should see it with vplayer. vplayer v0.6e is quite old, from 2001 i think, but i have to admit i have tested many players and none has such a feature :| regards. |
If you want to move the subtitle on the black border beneath the film, just press Shift+down (or up, suit yourself) arrow. You can go from top of video to bottom of screen, not on the black border at the top of movie. |
that's correct, but there are many different movie preferences, so you have to set it manually quite often :| vplayer does the job for you, automaticly. regards. |
Is using "Movie mode" perhaps a good idea? Just press [M] |
