When changing the time of subtitle display using Ctrl the file doesn't get saved? WHy?

If you're using Free version, you cannot save subtitles.
If you're using Pro version's subtitle editor function, you should use [Save] button.
Otherwise please clarify what you mean by "using Ctrl", as [Ctrl]-key has no (default) pre-defined function in BSPlayer.

Probably he ment ctrl+arrow, he did a time correction on the subtitle and want to save it like this.
