Timebar running while playing movie.

When I play a certain movie on BSPlayer there is a grey bar in the upper left corner of the screen showing the time which is running continiously. I should like to know how I can get rid of it. Does anyone know how to succeed in this?

Have a look at this post and this post.
If turning off OSD does not help, the information is probably not displayed by BSPlayer but by the codec/filter used (e.g. ffdshow). Please check (with movie loaded!) under
rightclick > Options > Filters > Advanced (and change the appropriate setting of the videofilter).
