BSPlayer & mp4 file I dont know if Im in right place... But I would like to see a movie in mp4 format, but my BSPlayer PRO doesnt play it. How I got this codec? Is there someplace in BSPlayer.org to download it? Thanks a lot!! SRN |
Have a look at BSPeter's post "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING" especially section (4) |
Thanks a lot!! I have downloaded 3ivx D4 4.5.1 and after that I added MP4 extension file in BSPlayer Preferences Files. But, when I tried open the movie, only the sound appears. No video!! So, I need help again!!! |
MP4 is a container. It has one video stream, that must be decoded by a codec or filter, such as DivX, XviD or RM, some audio streams and some text files (subtitles). To play the video part you need to split the streams, using a splitter (that comes with the 3ivx codec) but also the codec or filter. Be sure you have them installed. |
