Always on top while playing

I forgot which player had this. Is it possible to do something like that for bs? (Or maybe it already is possible)

The movie would be 'Always on Top' only while a movie is playing. Otherwise it can be thrown into the background. Thanks.

(rightclick >) Options > "Always on top" or "Always on top overlay mode" (or use the shortcut-keys as mentioned there).
