Import Icon

Hello and thanks for bsplayer which is by far my fav video player.
I would really appreciate a feature to import an icon for all video files format associated with bsplayer. I'm not a fan of the build-up icons.
See you.

I believe you can change the icon under Tools > Folder Settings > File Types (or somethings like that). I use that blue round 'BS' icon and I like it :)

Yes but I have to change several dozen of icons in file type menu whenever I update bsplayer (you have to do it for each *.ext and it takes forever), and that 'BS' blue round icon is just ugly IMO.

I tried to edit bsplayer default icon with axialis icon workshop but for some reason it doesn't detect any icon on the executable (must be a weird exe compression)

please help and put some decent icons in bsplayer :(

Try editing the registry directly by running Regedit and changing the icon path with copy-paste. It is pretty fast. You can also export your associations to a regfile and not lose them when you "update" BSPlayer.

Exefile is protected. Separate iconfiles serve better for this purpose as you can use a different one for each video format (like the colored cameras were on Win98).
