Offline version i always installed bsplayer on peoples pc from a usb driver but they dont have internet. but now with you stupid idea of implementing saveu offline pc's cant run bsplayer anymore. or is this just a idea to get us all to download the illigal version of the latest pro? |
Re: Offline version Don't use the installer. Just copy the program directory to the other offline machines. Only bsplayer.*.xml might be incompatible. |
This will not work wit latest versions (1.40-1-2) since WhenU client should be installed on the festination machine |
Then don't use the latest version. As we clearly see now, it is worse. Before you say you need the latest one, answer this question: Which specific features of it do you really need? For example, I am still using Sound Forge 4.5, ignoring any current crippled versions by Sony. Speaking of BSPlayer, unless full screen issues get corrected, there's no point running anything higher than v1.36 If v1.39 could be run freely and only beginners were penalized, then now it is most advanced users too. This is not a way towards version 2.0 to be free of malware. Not at all. |
got a link to the older free of crap version then? cant find them on the site |
@schaap10: Fellow Dutchman: why don't you just read the reactions to your earlier post?! http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?p=25080#25080 P.S.: Don't double-post! |
