this would be a nice option.
so watching a movie would be much silent

Use Nero DriveSpeed. (You don't need to install or pay for the whole Nero.) That's one small proggie per system and works with most software applications.

Windows is a multi-tasking environment, you know. ;) DriveSpeed is small – 580 kB.
