Matroska Video .mkv files and .TS HD Video Files

Can you add native support for playing Matroska .mkv video files and support for playing .TS HD video files natively without the need to install external filters especially for .TS HD files just like VLC Media Player does ?

+1 for container formats. Audio and video are probably more difficult to do and will never be there.

VLC can freely reuse ffmpeg and other free software code. BSPlayer probably cannot as it's paid software.
