[SOLVED] skiping seconds

how can i jump say 2 seconds not 10 by pressing the arrow button on the keyboard i saw a setting called seconds to jump but it didn't work please help me

You must disable first the option "skip to nearest keyframe", wich is a little bit up than the one wich you modified.
