BS Player 2.34 unattended installation Hi, I'm wondering, if there are installer switches for command line listed somewhere. In the past, there was /S switch working for unattended silent installation. However, now the installer is trying to check and download codecs and pops up dialog, which must be answered. In this case /S is just not working, as it should be. Are there any other switches to help deploying BSP without user interraction? Thank you, John. |
I don't think there is such an option at present. Therefore moved your post to "Feature Requests ...(etc)"-forum  |
There IS /S switch, but it's not working as it should, so it's bug. Try to install it without switch and with. Only one problem is codecs update dialog during installation. |
For the /s switch perhaps read this. You put it correct "in the past" it worked. But presently BS.Player in fact starts up a separate program "bspcodecdl.exe" (to be found in BS.Player installation folder). So I consider it a request. (And maybe its a bug? As long as BS.Players developers do read this thread!) |
