BSPlayer 2.50 Build 1017, Windows 7 & Display Turning OFF Hi I installed BSPlayer 2.50 build 1017 in Windows 7 x86 and I stumbled upon an annoying issue. Very often BSPlayer turns off the display when viewing multiple videos sequentially, that are added to playlist. Right after one clip ends and the next one starts, the display just turns off with the led blinking. I want to mention that the Power Options are NOT to blame. The Power Scheme is set to High Performance with everything on.(Display is set to turn off after 25 minutes, Hard disk-never, everything else full power.) The issue occurres in BsPlayer when it skips to another video from the play list after the first clip ended. Most of the videos are over 35 minutes long(TV series) and the display should not turn itself off while bsplayer is running. What the heck is going on? Is there a hidden setting I have to tweak inside BSPlayer to stop it doing that? Greets. |
Seems like your playlist is modifying screen resolution. My advice will be to delete bsplayer's config files from Users\yourusername\appdata\roaming\bsplayer |
Do I have to do this every time ?!?! Thanks. |
I don't know, this is the first report concerning such an issue. If this solves the problem, maybe the team will pinpoint the source of the problem and solve it. And maybe upgrading to the last build will also be a good iceea. |
Send the word to the dev team, please! |
They read the forum on regular basis. |
It seems that this issue hasn't been fixed even in the latest beta. Please fix this! |
Please fix this because it is anoying! Deleting bsplayer.xml from user folder does not help! |
