License gone??? I have a BS Player Pro license till may/june 2010. I just log in to the license site and everything is empty. The only thing i see is: "no data" If i want to send a support ticket i see the message: Error User with this email doesn't have valid BSPlayer PRO license. So i wanna know what is going on? The program only is installed on 1 computer. I hope someone can help me. Thank you. |
2 Attachment(s) Login at your user area (click here) with the email address you also used upon purchase (even if you have a new email address). If necessary change your user data (e.g. a new e-mail address). (See the lefthand part of image below) Then click on [Download/Upgrade BS.Player] (see the right of image below). Request a new user-key (see right image below). If you cannot get any further: send a message to BS.Player-team with your purchase details (click here) or -alternatively- send a pm to e.g. Ico-man (=BS.Player team member) with your purchase details. [Needless to say: never reveal your details on the forum itself]. :wink: |
