problem with image..please

Hello, first of all sorry for my english.

I have a problem with my BSplayer image, here's a picture http://i42.tinypic.com/261hsg8.jpg

how can i fix those white things? or maybe it has something to do with my PC ? and also the image is kinda green, i have tried all the settings changes nothing seems to work.
