BS Player just gives up playing a video regardless of video file type

Hello, I've been having a problem with BS Player for 2 days now like I've tried everything to resolve this with any method I can think of like downloading BS player and unistalling it over and over, downloading all the codecs, rebooting my pc multiple times, doing scanning on my drives to see if they have any problem like malware or updates not being installed etc. All have been futile nothing changed at all the only video I was able to open was a 2MB gif with no sound. Can someone me please I just can't
