dedynamic.ax where can i download it???

Hi!
I've read a lot about this dedynamic filter and it sounds like it's great. Now, i know how to install it; i know how to use it.... nobody mentioned where i can get it though :) Plz somebody post a link or a website with this filter. Thanx a lot
