video freezes on startup
 

I have just downloaded and installed BS player...The video and audio works fine on video,s I download from web . But when I try to watch a golf swing video from my camera the sound is fine but the video freezes as soon as it starts..Any help please...

Specifications of the video file from camera ? MOV ? MPEG2 ? MP4 ?
Do you read the file from camera through USB or you downloaded the file to the computer ?

Hi, It's not so fresh, but if someone find it through google. For me the solution for various time freezes was to change render mode (options->video->render->render mode). For me on win7 EVR was the winner, now all freezes gone.
