Is it possible to watch movie without russian translation?

Is it possible to watch movie without russian translation? If you know what I mean...What do I need to watch the movie in original language?

i don't know what you mean.. however there's two cases..

case a :the subtitles are multiplexed with the movie.
you can't do something to turn them off

case b:the subtitles are in an external file.
just hit the "s" key while watching the movie (alt. rightclick, go to "subtitles"
and then deactivate "show subtitles")

case else:
if the "translation" you mentioned refers to the audio stream ,then you have an ogg file or something and i don't have a clue on that :))

Russians do dubbing in an unique way. Intstead of dubbing the speach like they do in germany/france/spain...they have this 50 year old guy translate everything thats said on top of the original speach...

So to answer the question, no it's not possible, because the russian guy speaking is part of the audio stream.
