subtitles (always starts with black color and sync problem)

Hi, all the BSPlayermans!

I really like this player, but some difficulties I found recently:

- when I start player subtitles appears in black color. I always have to change it to white. Is it bug? Or please help me to set my player correctly.

- different subtitles have a different delay. How to set it to play sync to words?
