MatrixMixer / AC3-Filter

Hi!

How can i use the AC3-Filter or the MatrixMixer (http://ac3filter.sourceforge.net/ac3filter_eng.html) with bsplayer???
It works in no way (maybe because the avi-files are with mp3-codec???)
Can someone help me?
