Skip forward amount
 

I am trying to change the amount the video skips forward when I press the arrow button.

I assumed that the option "Seconds to jump" on the main preferences screen does it.
I changed it to 1 second but it still jumps 10 seconds.

Am I missing something?

First you should disable Search keyframes. Then it will work.
