Hi guys.

This is my first post so I want to say what a fantastic player it is. I stumbled across BS Player when looking for a way to view YouTube Videos without the browser because my laptop crashes when viewing YouTube videos due to low hardware resources so this is a great low resource alternative for me.

However I have one problem, particularly a buffering issue. I have fast broadband with a download speed of approx 4mbp/s so buffering shouldn't be an issue at all.

The problem I'm having is that sometimes buffering becomes repetitive, I know this isn't the players fault but I feel as though the player is automatically trying to play 720p quality which is why I think I have buffering issues as I notice alot of bandwidth is used. Is there anyway I can tell BS Player to play 480p YouTube Videos instead of 720p?

Right click -> options -> preferences -> streaming and select "Youtube prefered resolution" from the list.
