Default BSPlayer -> open source?

as some of you might know there is a petition on bsplay.com which you can sign if you want that bsplayer should go opensource!

opensource means that everybody who knows programming can continue development on the player (not only the one who has the sources...)

a very good way for this is to create a project on sourceforge! perhaps bst himself can create such a project, uploads the sources to the sourceforge server and everybody who likes to work on bsplayer can join the project and work on it (everything for free of course)
many famous projects like gordianknot, virtualdub, virtualdubmod, emule, media player classic, lame... are sourceforge projects!

of course if bst doesnt want to open his sourcecode that's also ok, nobody can be angry with him for not publishing his hard work for free...
