Subtitles-Help!

I dont no but i have subtitles on my desctop,but on my TV screen i haven`t.Please help me! :cry:

try ... Options .. Subtitles ... "Draw subtitles to Overlay surface" ..

Is there a Turkish language choice for subtitles, if so where can i download it? Thanks for your help!!
