*.Mov is there any way to get BSPlayer to play .mov files? |
I don't think so.... |
Id love an alternative to quicktimes plaer because its very jerky, and flickers if there any aplha blending around. Cursor XP with its antialiased cursor is hopeless to use with quicktime. longhorn is supposed to make alpa blending smooth fyi. |
There IS an alternative to Quicktime Player!! It's Media Player Classic at http://www.gabest.org/mpc.php This project is an open source media player, also available on SourceForge. Anyway, the interface is not as good as BsPlayer's, but it's LIGHT YEARS away from Quicktime's crappy sorry excuse for one!!! You'd really HAVE to be a Macintosh user to tolerate it  --Yop83 |
This one does VLC media player plays mov files as well as all divx files out-of-box - no codec install needed: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/. Though it's kinda ugly, and I'm not sure you can get it to be the player in IE. Rach |
Hi all, I've just found 'quicktime alternative 1.11' here : http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail...fid=1049831315 I'm not @home and can not try it till this week-end. I'm not sure it is what we all are looking for ... (pure codec???) |
