special fast forward

I suggest a fast forward function, that would jump every 30 seconds
and display a fixed image during 1/2 second (or play 1/2 sec video)

this offer the possibility to re-watch a 2 hour film
in 2 minutes, and stop where you find the best moments

(the first playa v0.66 has a fast forward that does
approximatively the job)
