Audio + fullscreen = annoying Hi. whenever i open a playlist my bsplayer goes fullscreen  (for audio this equals a blank screen!) i can minimise bsplayer by using alt+esc but then i have no controls. when i click on the toolbar it goes fullscreen again. Then when the next track starts, the bloody thing goes fullscreen again!! i've tried pressing the hotkeys etc but i cant find how to exit fullscreen and get a console (except by choosing a resolution my monitor doesn't support!) and even then it goes fullscreen at the start of the next track! probably an easy solution but i can't see the wood for the trees plus i've just had a hard day at work!! pls help me i'm going nuts and i hate windows media player!! cheers |
Have you enabled options, preferencies, video, start always in fullscreen ? If yes, disable. |
no i haven't. sorry should have said, the first thing i looked at btw. still stuck! |
Try checking "Remember movie window size" in Video Preferences. Hit "F" in full screen mode to return to small screen size (and vice versa) and exit from that mode. BSPlayer should then open in the last used (remembered) movie size. Controls can be enabled while in full screen mode by right clicking and selecting "Controls". If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse, you can change the screen size (non-fullscreen) by scrolling. |
right. its a new day and i'm feeling much better..... fixed the bugger with a reinstall, then the thing kept reverting to no audio whenever it changes song in a playlist. THE FIX!!! it seems bsplayer is remembering the settings when it is closed down and reapplies these settings when it shifta a track in the play list! I.E. if you set the volume to a half then close bsplayer. then re open it and open a playlist then each time a new track is played it will revert to that volume (even if you turned it up or down during the previous track) it might just be on my system so you lot have to try it out and see!! |
